Quality control
It operates with an AQL program to measure the incoming components for all raw materials used in the process. This same program is used to check the in-process quality and outgoing finished products. The data that is collected from these audits is used to provide feedback to respective areas for continuous improvement.
Packaging control
Pillows are vacuum-packed to save space, poly-bagged with a suffocation label, and shipped in approved mailer bags or boxes.
Remove the pillow cover. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water. Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean. Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together.
